I don't recall ever seeing her at an event (maybe a Seiyuu Collection event, but I can't remember if I went with Hitoshi to that or not...), but Kimagure Orange Road was the anime that started me off on my path to coming to Japan, and Kurumi was my second favorite character on that show, so I suppose I owe her a little debt of gratitude for her talents. It seems she died of multiple myeloma, a blood cancer not too different from what I had, so this hits even closer to home. We're all getting older...until we're not. (;_;) - Joe
