Hell jeah they do.  Mine has an aluminum plate in front... It cost my friend 
$50, but I think my sheer glee at the prospect of owning one made it 
worthwhile.  I've been wearing it nonstop since then. ^_^ Hehe... They make 
plastic ones too... Here's one seller who has them... I've bought from him 
before.  His shipping is really fast and he's very courteous.
