but i wonder how they would cut it... they couldnt really show 
the 1st episode.... and i have seen it edited before (no nudity) but the 
whole thing about the cross dressing and all that might make the censors a 
bit sore lol. hey if they did put it on air it would be a whole nother 
discusion on the ML huh?

     Actually, hasn't something like this come up, before?  It isn't really 
much more different than cutting any other anime up.  And actually, it 
already ties into a branch of the said string we're going through.
 

     Sadly, there are some anime that wuold just be better off left off the 
air.  Ranma 1/2 may be one of them.  Because of the fears we have of how much 
the censors would fear the content of the show, it just adds to the bottom 
line that it just wouldn't be fit for American television.
 

     No matter how muchI would love to see more anime on TV, I couldn't 
compromise _that_ much to have it "toyed with" _that_ much by the censors...
