I guess what remains to be asked is what you would consider a "good
anime" There are, maybe, one or two that are actually pretty decent on
broadcast television. Okay, probably only one... If 4-Kids wasn't so slow
with Yu-Gi_oh, it'd actually be pretty good. The later episodes are pretty
good... taken that the sensors don't cut them to high hell or mess with their
continuity, like they did with "Cardcaptors"...
Sadly, it has become light to me, that there is a _HUGE_ neglect of a
prescence for anime on mainstream TV broadcasting. Most of the anime put on
the air is via cable.
But seeing how quickly the censors are to cut and manipulate what we see
on TV as it is, I think that it actually _is_ better that way... Sure, they
still get cut up on cable, but imagine how bad it would be if they were
"edited for TV broadcast"? Remember Sailor Moon?
