anyways, i am going to get a kimono for christmas! but i dont have an obi... 
ehy heres something i need help on..... how in hell do u tie an obi? i have 
no clue.........

     Well... it's a lot easier to show someone how to tie an obi rahter than 
trying to tell them via email...  What I'd recommend is to get a book with 
pictures showing you how to do it, or you can just search online for a 
pictorial how-to.  I'm pretty sure there _has_ to be one online 
_somewhere_...
 

     They do sell pre-tied obi, but I don't know how authentic you want to be 
with your kimono.  Otherwise, tying an obi can be pretty stressful for 
someone who's never tied one before...
