Now you see, that's the funny thing! I couldn't stand Richard Cox as Ranma,
it just didn't fit. But Richard Cox is now doing Inuyasha. I must admit the
entire first episode kept me practically ripping my hair out every time he
spoke, it just didn't fit to me. However, I do think that a lot of that has
to do with me having heard the sub first, the voices are soooo different and
I'm just kind of accustomed to the original Inuyasha voice. Now, though, I'm
getting much more used to Richard Cox as Inuyasha, I don't even have the urge
to throw things every time he speaks! Still, I don't think that he quite has
it. He just doesn't sound quite harsh enough, he sounds too caring. Anyhoo,
I guess this is kind of off, sorry. I know that a lot of people didn't like
Sarah Strange as Ranma, but I loved her! I really can't think of any of the
voices, other than after they were changed (like Richard Cox), that I didn't
really like. I haven't looked it up yet, but did the same girl do female
Ranma's voice for the first season as the rest of the seasons? I just got
the Digital Dojo recently (yay!) and she just sounded different to me.
Anyone know?
