Most of the hubs on DC require that you have a minimum amount of shared 
files.  For the hubs that I work for (all anime) they require that you have a 
certain amount of anime (pictures, sounds, eps, music).  If you don't have 
enough to meet the minimums, just ask me and I can look around for a decent 
no-min hub. ^.^
