Well, it's in the Anipike, but you probably wouldn't find it because:
1) it's not called NERV anymore, and
2) the link is wrong, and Anipike isn't taking new submissions right now- 
probably due to the fact that Jei is retiring from his long-held position, 
and things are in flux.

You know, it's strange that Ranma still has merchandise coming out, but
