One thing I want to ask is this: are

Welcome aboard! We can always use new input here.
As for the Ranma OAVs, Viz has already brought over all the
Ranma OAVs that have been made by their parent company,
Shogakukan (I believe that the Angry Doll was the last one).
At this point, since Ranma is all but a dead subject in Japan,
it is unlikely that any new Ranma will be made, unless Takahashi-sensei
re-begins the series (which is just about as likely as, say,
Mamoru Oshii deciding to start making screwball comedies again ^_^).
Telling evidence of this is the fact that there was no new animation done
to celebrate the beginning of the series for the 10th anniversary in 1999
(the animated version started in 1989, roughly 2 years after the manga
version).
Also telling is the fact that there has yet to be any wideban versions of
Ranma
come out in Japan (Urusei Yatsura got it's widebans in 1989-90, two years
after the
manga version wrapped, and Maison Ikkoku got it's widebans in the early
1990s).
And Ranma manga lasted 38 volumes, so length of a series doesn't seem to
guarantee the treatment.
So until Ranma becomes popular in Japan again, there will likely not be
any more OAVS.

As usual, this is The Relic, from the outer fringes of the Reality
that is the Ranma ML...
