I'm not really familiar with that one, and I'm too lazy to look
it up. However, I doubt that these people have been denied
their basic rights and privileges. People have been born
since time began with genetic aberrations that have caused them
to be (biologically) neuter humans. I'm sure that these people
haven't been denied insurance, voting rights, or any other sort
of rights simply because of their birth defects.

That much is true. The Nazis took much the same steps, using
propaganda to influence people that the Jews were less than
human, allowing them to finally reach end result of the Jewish
Problem.

However, this isn't a problem isolated to the United States.
Almost all nations are guilty of this, the Iraqis, the
Japanese, the people of South Africa, many of sub-Saharan
African countries, the USA, and most other 'civilized'
countries.

To assume that there are any god-given rights is folly, though.
Rights are simply privileges, and different rights are awarded
by different peoples. The US gives more than most countries.

Tell any child starving in Africa that s/he has the right to
life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, and they'll spit
in your face. People have the rights their sovereign states
give them. If they aren't happy with that, they should
recreate the state and/or take those rights.
