Tired and kinda talkative.
      
First of all, you have to keep in mind that most families disown their 
transsexual offspring and wouldn't even go to their funerals, ESPECIALLY if 
the deceased is fortunate enough to be buried io their true gender.  It is a 
final insult to them.
 
      
Secondly, permission is not required in most States to perform this 
proceedure during an autopsy.  It sometimes depends on what county the 
deceased died in as well.
