Shampoo in the teen league, she might not have the
best body, but she really knows how to use it.

Nabiki and Kasumi are hot too; in fact, I can assure
that Kasumi is the one lady with the best body of all
the Ranma chicks under 20. Unfortunately, Kasumi is
the most un-sexiest of them all too. 

Hmmm, I dare to mention Akari Unryuu, she seems to
have a body at least as good as Akane, but she's not
sexy at all.

Hinako in the adult league; of course, if you ever
manage to score with her, you risk ending up in bed
with a kid, then you'll be in jail for a while; but...

I do recall Shampoo wearing a bra in the last volume,
and I do believe she usually wears panties; as dense
as Shampoo might be, she wouldn't jump around without
nothing under her skirt.....I think.
