I don't quite agree.  Basically Viz produces in a consistant month
after month the Ranma Manga.  Yes, they have a frustrating GN
output.  But why is it frustrating?  It is because people want it
so badly.  We usually see whens the next GN, shortly after one
has been published.

On the anime side, Viz is producing three episodes per tape, and
DVD's at the same time.  While it has taken then a bit to gear up,
they will now probably finish Ranma in Anime.  Even Maison Ikokku
has some hope they will complete it in Anime.

In my mind for America at least, Ranma will begin to fade when the
anime finishes here.  This also lends some hope that Viz would
complete the Manga, since people will still want to know what happens
afterwards.

Ranma is dead in Japan.  Thats a given.  But here, I think not
quite yet.  We'll see when the anime is done.  That will be my clue.
