Back on track for today (then I take a little rest, say until Monday or
something)

General notice:

I already mailed Bradster privately on this, but heck, just in case any other
Eoe is interested...
The "legendary" porno artbooks "Ranma X" and "Ranma X Forever" will be
available by about the end of the week at www.atomicclub.com
They said the launch price would be 49FF, which are about 8$ or
something.

(they have other series there as well, all reprints form jap/it products)

Last note on ecchi stuffs:

>From what Colin says, it's even worse when you go to the Kabuki-cho
>(was that the right place?)

Damn right it was!
Why am I not wondering why you'd remember bits like this...

<snip computer discussiuons>
*snickers* I just -mended- my 16MB RAM and my 500MB HDD
yesterday... and tell you what, it works just fine.
So I can't run Unreal Tournament on it... big deal...

>Facer.
>>Who wonders why Osamu Tezuka's work has never been
>>that popular outside Japan.
>
>Well, sensei... it's 'cause most people outside Japan are a bunch of
>b4k4z.

I dunno. Tezuka's works aren't as good as they're said to be...
Blackjack is great... I remember fondly Tetsuwan Atom myself, as well as
Ribbon no Kishi, but I don't remember much of Jungle Taitei (the thing IS
35 years old anyway) and his other stories don't strike me as ultimate
masterpieces...

They ARE what gave the impulse towards nowadays' products, but that's
pretty much it.
Oh, and Tetsuwan Atom is "da bomb" in France. At least for my
generation.

Myself:

>about 6000 yen...
>All the 4 OAVs cost me 3280Y and the polimatrix movie
>was like 11800Y

*Sheepish grin*
OK, I guess I WAS out of it...

Andr Lamont de la Shinobu (^_^)

>1. Getting my ass kicked by all the senior black belts
>in Japan, it seemed like. And, after the
>aforementioned head busting, the Japanese started
>talking, laughing, and looking in my direction.

*nodnods*

>3. Drinking a beverage called "Pocari Sweat".

I vaguely remember its taste. It doesn't have much to begin with...

Happy to learn that your trip to Japan wasn't a disaster...

>There's no worse feeling than drinking with friends
>in a bar in Shibuya, Tokyo, and getting the bill.

^_~ try swiss cheese fondue. At 90$ the cheese (and that's for 1 Kg) you
won't feel too bad giving out 500Y for anything strong...

>Next year, when I return, I'll
>have to look harder, and if anyone has any idea where
>to look, that would be much oblidged.

My infos are 2 years old, by that time 3... I guess I'm going to have to
work a lot more...

I guess that's it for now...
maybe another reply late this afternoon...
