For some reason, this makes me think of my theory that RPGs teach young
people that it's OK to break into someone's house to steal their stuff if
they can get away with it. I mean, really, how many of them do you not go
into every house possible and check every closet, drawer, cabinet,
etc? Most of the houses are usually deserted anyway, for some reason.
I remember playing one of the Ultima games and trying to take something
while someone was in the house.. I had to fight my way past the summoned
guards, my charisma dropped, the whole nine yards. I figured it was just
easier to load a previous saved game.
Speaking of games, I'm back to Diablo 2 for a while, now that patch 1.04 is
out. Gonna try to find my Jabazon one of those Lances.
