About the cards, it all depends on what sex you are, I guess. 
I'm sure the neglig=E9-Ranma-chan would have... scratch that, has or will

Otoh, the queen of spades Ranma-chan just kicks ass...(I have it on 
poster in my room).

That's a hard question. You can assume that Shampoo is a stereotyped 
picture of chinese maiden(s or no s?), which would make the other authors 
as uncreative as Takahashi in that regard.
I can assure you that no one here has ANY problem with her clothes...
The accent is once again somewhat clich=E9 in japanese... all chinese are 
said or "supposed" to speak like that.
I don't really know for the other points...

Oh, and in answer to the nameless pain, we do have factions for Kasumi, 
but I doubt they're active anymore... the Tendou School of Philosophy has 
never been rabid about itself, and the followers of Kasumi2 may not be 
your idea of the local Kasumi club....
