Maybe, it all depends on what you're talking about, if
you mean that she's the best fiance then I would have
to agree, Ukyo only needs to learn how to be more
ladyllike to earn Nodoka's favor and she would be all
set to marry Ranma.

If you're talking about fighting skills however, I
think Shampoo could use Ukyo as a mop and still clean
the windows with her.
If you talk about madness, then Kodachi is number one
*sweats* 
And if you talk about stuborness, *Ahem* Then, number
one's Akane...

Anyway, now I'll have to give my vote to the best girl
in the series to Nabiki, I just love the way she uses
everyone, and she's got the looks too.

And, for the best all around woman, I have to vote for
Nodoka, She's  cute and she is married to Genma, ain't
that enough merits?
