Slowly, The Bard staggers into the Mailing List's
hallowed halls. His eyes are frozen open in horror,
and he ambles along like a zombie...uttering,
slack-jawed, "H...Harmageddon..."

Here we shall undertake to explain.

Remember all those campy horror movies? The Godzilla
flicks, stuff like that?

Picture that as a badly dubbed, badly written,
plotless peice of drivel anime with crappy animation.

The villain is a big floating thing that often takes
the shape of a red skull and says "destroy! Destroy!"
over and over again. The good guys are a transylvanian
princess (Yes, TRANSYLVANIA) and a schoolboy (who
initially has a Tetsuo complex) who both have psionic
powers, and a big robot guy who's "the best Cybernetic
warrior in the universe". They all say the phrase
"psionic warrior" about nine million times.

It's the first documented incident in which all of
Anime Club has walked out on a movie.

Amen to that. I'm glad people haven't gone after anime
like they've been going after video games...to think,
the horror if I wouldn't be able to buy Ninja Scroll!

True, but brawlers also don't have much focus or
grace. Which is why I always lose when fighting my
friend. I outweigh him by a good 20-30 pounds and he
kicks my ass cuz he knows ty kwan do.

In reference to the Smurfs debate, it's quite obvious
they're all aliens. You KNOW it! I mean, their
original language considered of the word "Smurf".
