The problem's not there. The problem is that the younger audience 
generally doesn't start anything with the shows/doesn't understand what's 
happening in them. 
Besides, in a house with 4 TV sets for 4 people, you'd be hard pressed to 
control what the kids are watching....

To your first question, I assume it's a yes.
To the second, I don't think so.

I think the new one is just out in Japan.

As for YYH, It's more things like the ki attacks, the regenerations, the 
power ups... And the tournament. Don't forget the tournament.
