I was just thinking something along the same lines the other day. Surely if
Ranma's female half is meant to resemble the girl who drowned in Nyannichuan
(sp?) then wouldn't any guy who jumped into Spring of Drowned Male just end
up transforming into a carbon copy of the springs victim? Wouldn't be much
of a  cure would it?
