Inuyasha has a darker premise than Ranma1/2... lot of blood and death, with an occassional
light-hearted moment.  The character of Inuyasha is a bit like Ranma...proud, strong,
arrogant, desperatly trying to hide the good part of himself (and his concern for
Kagome).

I'd be very interested in seeing how they translate the manga into anime.
