Sure.  Much of Ususei Yatsura, quite a few Rumic World One-shots.

Miniscule.  Face it, a fair amount of the humor in Ranma deals with girls 
(usually Ranma) being either topless or naked... or at least hanging around 
in scanty undergarments.  It's something that, although isn't exactly hentai, 
IS not gonna fly in the US on either of those channels-- Cartoon Network 
because they have a policy of being reasonably Family Friendly-- and they 
have been pushing it with DBZ, Gundam Wing, and Tenchi Muyo, even with 
edits-- and Fox?  Fox is a boradcast channel, not a cable one.  Further, they 
generally ratget thier anime input for the Fox Kids affiliates-- and yeah, 
Ranma-chan running around unconcerned without any top will go over REAL good 
with the various parental units.

Oh, we'd ALL think that would be cool.  We also, in general, realise that 
such a channel would be about as likely to fly at this time about as well as 
Akane can swim.  Face it-- we're a fringe.  A rather minor fringe, at that.  
Starting such a channel would require a LOT of money that the people who HAVE 
that kind of money ar not willing to risk on what would, sadly, be almost a 
certain losing propsition... especially with the fact that a LOT of anime 
would be unnaccpetable for a "Free" channel (They tend to have to follow 
certain "rules", unspoken, but in general, don't PO the parents TOO much) or 
pay channel-- which just plain won't bring in enough subscribers to profit.  
(And even in Japan, it's all about profit on the networks...)
