If you are referring to if Viz' collected releases being out of order, then Viz does

not
put the stories out of order in Ranma, period. Their collections are not based
on Japanese tankobon order (their monthly series are built around story arcs),
but on story order. There was only one instance of a story (In the Japanese
tankobons) being moved that I know of, and that would be the story at the end of
Japanese tankobon 17, so that all of 18 could be devoted to the first Pansuto Taro

storyline; in Shonen Sunday, the 1 shot was right after Pansuto Taro's arc.
But Viz does not rearrange stories at all in Ranma. They are in the correct order

as they were put out in the tankobon. You asked if Viz was rearranging the stories,

and I replied that they were not. There is no rearranging.
