If the Dragon's Whisker story in the Viz manga is directly before the Onsen Race
story, then I would say the Viz one is correct. I have the Japanese volumes, and
the Dragon's Whisker story is at the end of Vol. 15 of the tankobon, and the Onsen

Race is at the beginning of Tankobon vol.16.

They don't (I get the monthly issues as well).

As usual, this is The Relic, from the outer fringes of the Reality that
is the Ranma ML (and now has a tiny website to call his own, called
Home of the Relic!, at http://www.mynvo.com/homeof_therelic).
Not much but a few Eva pictures there at the moment, but I will
be putting more stuff there over the next couple of days, including my
lists.....drag me kickin' and screamin' into the 21st century (which won't
be til' 01/01/2001....)
