With everything Mousse seems to have on his person (a potty chair?!:) he must 
have access to hammerspace! :)  If not, carrying all that stuff around would 
be a hindrance, imo, especially in battle and would definitely slow him down. 
 I don't think he's close to Ranma in speed and agility.
