    Actually, the fastest they ever go is the speed of light on their fists.
Some characters do possess the ability to teleport, which is always faster
than the speed of light since it's instanteous.  Movement is rarely needed
in Saint Seiya anyway, they just sit there and exchange blows, after all.  I
suppose that since people are dodging light-speed punch, it'd imply they're
moving at least close to that speed.

    I think my favorite quote on lack of realism is:  "You think you can
freeze me with merely Absolute Zero?  Try a few hundred degrees belong
that!"  :)
