The character name translations are up in Square's page when they
started advertising Chrono Cross. Kid was one of the first one that
went up.

*shrug*. I've seen people translate months wrong too, so somehow
that's not too surprising (July Mermaid instead of October Mermaid,
though I like Autumn Mermaid better, since October doesn't seem to
actually have any association with mermaid and a month is not what I
usually think of to describe a mermaid)

	August I believe.

I'm betting there's no way they'll fit a character like "Dragonchild"
under the six letter requirement unless they do some serious revamping
with where they display the name in battle though. I guess they can
abbreviate it like "DChild", but then Dragonchild isn't even the longest
name in there.

I also wonder how they'll handle how Marcella calls Serge. First two
syllable-nichan is weird even in Japanese.

Oh yeah, it seems like I missed a favorite character thing or
something. Anyway, my favorite character is Akane Tendo. As for
someone that represents me? Can't think of anyone offhand. I wouldn't
mind being cool like Izlude Tingel though (then again, Izlude dies 30
minutes after he shows up, like many people in FFT, so it's probably not
a good thing)

Going to go rescue Kid again sometimes to hear her theme again, though
why you need to rescue someone who literally cannot die is kind of
beyond me...
