Not really that;
Let's say that the English accent is awful when it comes down to
pronounce japanese stuffs.
The Hakkenden dub makes me cringe whenever they start listing
names.
I don't know, the key is to hide your accent. Japanese has about
100 different sonorities composing the language (compared to more
than 3000 for English). But somehow English speakers can't get
japanese pronounciation right. (well, not without hard training)
Just plain weird.
