Can I help? (Yes, I am being serious) Anyway, you might want to
create some polls for what anime and manga series people want to see come
over. For example, if you get the rights to the Kimagure Orange Road or Touch
Manga series then I will defintly get subscriptions or at least buy the
graphic novels.
I hate quite a few of the companies. Does anyone here *Not* hate at least
one?
I don't really hate any of the companies. Animeigo's fanboy attitude
annoys me at times but only because I think animeigo could have been a really
great company that releases many cool, older titles but they blew it because
they are not buisnessmen.
Dubs don't necessarily suck; that depends on the talent and money invested
in the work.
Exactly! I think that there are many excellent dubs out there that
people just do not give a chance to. It depends on what dubbing studio the
companies use. I think that ZRO Limit/Animaze (El Hazard, Tenchi, Fushigi
Yugi), New Gen (Nazca: Blades of Fate, and later this year the new dub for
3x3 Eyes), Costal Carolina (Of My Goddess, Your Under Arrest, Blue Submarine
Number 6) produce the best anime dubs in the market. ADV produces good dubs
but they have an in house studio. Viz is general produces some good dubs.
