Maybe you haven't seen the HSH(Hiruhshosenha) story then.  Because in that it 
displayed that Ryouga wouldn't get any kicks in for past offensives.  When 
Ryouga did hit Ranma it was only because of two things.  1st because Ryouga 
couldn't bear to see his rival so weak.  And then the second time it was 
because he thought that Ranma tried to rape Akane(and well you know anyone 
who even tries that is in for an ass kicking by Ryouga.^_^).
