Uh oh... this is gonna be long... I gotta stop leaving so much time
between my posts, there. I hope this doesn't end up too terribly
long...

Wolfye:
"So you paint?"

Not really. I've been using paints in art class recently, but mostly I
stick to working with pencils on the back of school assignments. ^_^

"Although, that whole thing about abstract stuff, mind you, gives me a
bit of a headache."

I don't get it either. We tend to do some abstract-ish stuff in class
(not completely abstract, it's a life drawing class) and I was joking
with a classmate today about the way this stuff gets over-analyzed (just
like Ranma!) "The artist put this line here because she is
frustrated..." Actually, I just felt like putting a line there. I
certainly agree (to actually say something on-topic) that Ranma 1/2 is
overanalyzed by fans. Many situations that people are likely to
interpret as analogies of human society are probably just Rumiko
Takahashi thinking, "Hey, this makes a good storyline!" Actually, I
seem to recall reading that the whole story stemmed from the fact that
Takahashi wanted to be able to draw both a boy and a girl frequently.

Raul:
>Shampoo only goes after Ranma and she never gets him.
"And that's a comedy ?"

Yes, it is. If you think about it, the situation is kind of sad. But
Shampoo isn't the heroine of the series, you see. She's more than comic
relief, but she tends to be more a plot device than a tragic martyr.

Snark:
"I've only seen 4 episodes of N.G.E. but I already
surmised the entire point of the series and read about the ending."

Oooh.... I can't do that. I wouldn't shoot someone in the toe for
mentioning something about the ending, but to actively go out and read
about it... no, not for me.

Hotnit:
"It can't be my way cool Mountain Bike with the streamers and basket.
Some friday nights I go cruisin' for chicks."

Dude! That's wicked! I got one of them ever so stylin' flagpoles on the
back, but the basket fell off awhile ago when I got hit by a car. I
think the chick who was driving was really diggin' me, there.

"Probably more..uh, on topic or something."

Don't you worry your pretty head. Now that I'm here, we can avoid
situations like that, eh?

"Teach me how to utterly annoy my way to victory during any and all
games."

My strategy in ultimate frisbee is to stand in front of any opponent who
has the frisbee and yell randomly while jumping up and down.

Me: AAAH!! GRRR!!! BOOOOOOO! BOOYAAAHHH! WOOF!
Chris: Uh... are you alright? (throws the frisbee and resumes ignoring
me)

About who could be trusted with DBZ type powers,
I think maybe that old lady with the ladle. Although she may
accidentally smack someone with the force of a tsunami...

Wolfye again:
"But I much more like to wear leather and vinyl (with chains, of
course! ^_~)"

When you're not in plaid, eh?

Don:
"I never knew that FF8 contains the meaning of
life, universe, and everything before I went there! :)"

You mean 42?

Purple Thunder Avenger:
"I hope thee enjoy thy stay."

Uh... I think you mean "thou enjoyest thy stay..."
Sorry. Involuntary reflex.
Tip for actors: If ever you forget your line in a Shakespeare play, just
gracefully crouch down to one knee and say, "Let us wait here and crouch
awhile."

And with that, I have finally come to the end of my mailbox and the end
of my reply. Hopefully I won't leave it so long next time.
