I've always had a doubt about something, and since the topic is out I'll
ask it. Has anyone seen "I still know what you did last summer"? At the
beginning of the movie the main character answers to something that was
supposed to be a radio show that Rio was Brazil's capital city. At the
end she finally takes a look at a map and says to the camera horrified
that it was all a complot. This film was made for an American public
mostly, and that part was supposed to remain a mystery until the end.
So, is this film implying that American people are so ignorant (I do not
share that opinion, bear that in mind) that there was no way they could
know which city Brazil's capital was?
