Well Ive said it before but I want UORL to be like a virtual Nerima..... 
Hinse why I asked for a Nerima overview!! well no matter........... U2R & I 
had a talk and we are now in understanding...... In fact I think he might 
like the idea... BUT He told me to read the archives to get an idea how to do 
a good Faction... so I think I might have to postpone the "Grand debut" of 
the site for next Mon. or something.... But anyone who wants to be in just
