Phinox, I know a lot of other people must have said this but you've not
been on long enought to successfully create and maintain a faction.  You
should wait until you've been on the list at least a year or TWO!  I'm
not saying that you faction is going to be a bad one or not, but you
should wait until you are an established (1-2 year) member of the list. 
That'll allow you to be able to decide where you stand in the list
dymanics as well as what you want to defend (or destroy, pick on,
etc....).  It's up to you.  I'm a interium faction leader, and I don't
do anything.  The factions are just something to put on your sig except
for when you have a serious war.  I.E. the color war.  You don't need to
be in or run a faction to be on the list, it's a bit of extra.  Think
about it.....
