Well, It's the first time I participate in this, but I'll try...

Of course, everything below is IMHO and limited to my little knowledge :)

Although that I'm not a big fan of Alternate Universes, I think it could

Kasumi and Nabiki... Ranma was IMHO incredible IC, thinking of being
raised by a completly diffrent Person.. Akane wa a bit colder than usual,
but she was not the only one egaged to Ranma in the first place, so there 
was no need to get closer...

Shampoo, I think... She gets much better away...

Yes, I did... altough (as said before) I'm not into AU...

That part went really well, I could be possible that he acts like that...
It's interesting to imagine Ranma a bit brighter and able to dom more 
'Arts' than Martial Arts

The one's with Nabiki and Kasumi where too diffrent... I can't see Nabiki
act like that...

Based on the fact that Nodoka opposes or accept advances from a possible
fiancee to Ranma, and Ranma is obidient to his mother, she would probably
chose to who romantic feelings are allowed or not allowed. Nodoka already
accepted Shampoo, and Shampoo being a martial artist, I assume that Nodoka
would allow any stronger woman (or martial artist), so Akane could be in
as well... I would place my bet on Shampoo or Akane...

Assuming the Okonomyaki-cart-incident still happend, and assuming Shampoo
is less villain as in the 'Original' (she seems to be IMHO), I think 
Ukyou would get the villain-part... based on that assumption I think Ukyou
would not develop romatic feelings, but she would pursue to get her honor
back... and for honor's sake, Nodoka would allow (as she did with the
Tendous, for honor's sake... )
