Just for the sake of argument, I suppose, I feel the need to 
point out that Ranma wasn't interested in dating Tsubasa. He just 
thought that maybe "she" was a lesbian because "she" had never 
tried dating guys before. He was presenting himself in all his 
masculine hunkitude in the hopes that it would make "her" realize 
that "she" was straight after all.

"In real life"? Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't she a) an 
animated figure, and b) a fictional character? Somehow, I can't 
find any application for the word "real" in that situation.
