Phantom Menace comes out on May 26th. I am very curious about the way Disney
is handeling MH. They are using mega voices that cost a lot of money but they
aren't advertsing it. Has anyone heard any news from HBO or any other main
stream Entertainment magazine or show about Mononoke Hime? Sometimes I think
Disney wants MH to be a bomb so they can use it is an example to prove the
superority (sp?)
of their "cute and for small children" cartoons. The biggest reason that anime
isn't more popular in the US today is because the majority of Americans have
this puritan idea that "cartoons are for kids" and companies like Disney
believe that as well.
