		In Japan you have to graduate high school before you can try to get your
driver's license (according to a thread a few motnhs ago from the FFML) I also
imagine for a city like Tokyo it is more practical to take public
transportation than drive your own car around. Where I live you have to be at
least 17 to get your driver's license (if have to be 18 if you don't take
drivers ed.)
