Hmm. I have had 3 Evangelion CDs (Vol.1,vol.2 and the Death CD),
and except for the lead song in vol.2 (the first kanji reading, using
Kanji and Kana, is number 393 (YO), which, given, refers to
"previously", or "in advance", and the next kanji appears to be #262,
(KAN) (my poor old eyes are really straining at the teeny kanji
on the back of the CD), which refers to "feeling", or "sensation".
There are two other kanji there, for a 2nd title, but they have
more brushstrokes and are just as teeny, so I will have to hold
off on that), so, anyways ^_^, that is really the only J-Pop
sounding song on them (the rest being BGM, or Cruel
Angel's Thesis, or the many faces of Fly Me To The Moon
(which, after many moons of searching, I FINALLY found
an actual Frank Sinatra version (and live, to boot)!. There
are also others out there (like Vox....heh), and the End of Evangelion,
which I would like to find the CD to that, if only to get that shiny,
happy song in the middle, when the Third Impact is takin' place...
I love that piece....Wish I could be more help.
