I don't think Ranma gets that on a regular basis.  True, he's 
techincally a female, but he tends to change back to male as soon 
as he possibly can.  So I'd imagine the second he felt an abdominal 
menstral cramp, he'd pour the first hot liquid he could find on 
himself!  (I know I would... you guys don't know what it's like.  To 
put it mildly, it's ickky!:)  Anyway, the only exception would be when 
he's stuck in his female form for long periods:) of time, probably 
would have to be at least a month.
