You mean 'starting off where the released anime stopped', right?  Starting
after Nodoka's intro and going to vol 38, skipping the OAV stories?

RT could probably care less by now.  It's Shogakukan, Kitty, Viz, etc, who
own the rights to the anime, that you'd probably have to get permission from.
