I could give an answer for this, but I'm not in the mood to deal with the
irritation it would no doubt cause.  That, and I wouldn't claim to know

OK, here's a continuity question for you FF7 fanatics:  At the very
beginning of the game, Barrett has no idea who Cloud is, since he had only
recently been contracted for the Reactor hit.  Yet when they get to Tifa's
7th Heaven, Tifa greets Cloud with something along the lines of "Have you
been fighting with Barrett again?", like it happens all the time- when
according to the story later on, Tifa and Cloud haven't seen each other
since the incident in Nibelheim 5 years ago!  Any explanations out there in
the peanut gallery?
