 Well, actually, there's several arcs in the story where she's
not all sweetness and light. Heck, she almost never is!
 Example: Her intro. Homicidal. Look at that cute ol' fury when
she issues Ranma the challege! (Really, look at the eyes. They're
nearly enough to set the room on fire)

 Example: (Upcoming In Manga) Tunnel of Lost Love, though it's also
shown in the OAV (unclean, unclean!), she has a big alterior
motive here.

 Example: (Upcoming, basing on Hearsay) Secret Sauce arc. Apparently
one of her more direct attempts to break Ranma and Akane up.
Ask someone who's read that far ahead.

 Example: Hiryuu Shoten Ha arc. She seems, on the surface, to be
doing it for Ranma's good, but if you really look beyond the surface,
she's going to get closer to Ranma and better her chances with him.

There's plenty more, but it's late, I'm tired, and I don't
have time to dig through my GNs, although I think I've pretty much
covered the entirety of the Viz releases.
