The most powerful attack... is probably the full Shishi
Houkoudan from vol 24. But it's way too easy to use
against Ryouga. Whereas the Hiryuu Shoutoppa that Ranma
used agianst Saffron was on the spur of the moment. Much
more useful in a fight. 

The funniest momentS ('cause only one would be impossible)
are Ranma and Akane trashing each other. Ranma insulting
her is funny in itself, and the reactions he gets from her
(i.e. she punts him into LEO) never fails to make me
laugh.

The WAFFiest moment... that's tough. For me it's a close
one between the closet from vol 32 (as Don said) and the
last picture from the cook book OAV.
