 Depends on the person.. I'd say it would, regardless of circumstances,
take Ranma at least a week, due to his already-considerable
psychological trauma.. (Hell, he was dragged all over as a kid,
he turns into a girl, gender/identity crisis!) Akane, harder
to judge.. (Fairly, anyway) Anywhere from a few (3-4) days to a week or two.
It depends on how deeply Kuno's crap has scarred her.. And how much
trauma the two inflict on each other in the beginning, as well.

 It could go either way.. It all depends on how the writer interprets
the characters, interprets the depth of their situation, and how
insane they are at the time they write it.. Delusions of grandeur
can help.. :p
