I was just wondering...for those of you who have Fanfics at your sites, what exactly
is the procedure you use when posting fics written by someone else?  Do you contact
the author first?  If so, what do you do if you can't reach them?  Or do you just
post the fic and then add a disclaimer or something?  I was just wondering on this,
as I'd like to start a fanfic section at my site, and I'd like to do this the best
way I can...
