Akane's response in the manga was something along the lines of telling =
Shinnosuke that she wasn't sure, but then having a thought balloon of her =
thinking she can't tell him about his dying. The anime (especailly the =
dub) is guilty of having Akane admit that she could love Shinnosuke, a =
supposed "fact" that some people like to bring up as a counter to the =
"Akane is Ranma's best Fiancee" thing (none on this ML, AFAIK, though..)

As far as other inaccuracies...well, it's safe to think that when you're =
watching the anime past the TV series, the anime is generally inaccurate =
and doesn't follow the manga line for line. It does get the gist of things =
in there, though - sometimes more inaccurate than in other times...
