I used to take Shampoo as a nick but then I felt that I needed something
less common so I could locate myself in the zoo of anime nicks on the web...

What I was trying to say (although I realise that I am never all that
clear) is that I would not want anime to be something that is mainstream in
the US because then many people would feel that they had a right to pass
judegement on anime in general without exploring it as a the art form that
it actually is.  I also would not want it to be edited and I would not want
dubbed anime to be the impression of anime that was fed to most people....

What I am attempting to convey is that I don't want anime to be presented
in an edited and changed way making it totally less of an art than it
actually is.... I know that i don't make all that much sense but I AM
TRYING :) hehehe

I would love anime in its true form to become more popular though, It's
just that I don't want to be channel surfing one day and see Ranma without
the Shampoo, or something like that!  What a terrible notion!
