and Lum-clone stare at the courtyard on one of the monitors]
        
        Lum-clone: Dahling, what if he got lost?
        MMBP: Nah! He'll show.
        "*zzz* Husband? *zzz*"
        MMBP: Lin-lin, just call me Petes-kun! Okay?
        "*zzz* Ok, husband! *zzz*"
        MMBP: Why me...
        "*zzz* There's a guy here wanting to get in. *zzz*"
        MMBP: (to himself) Must be Sam. (to LL) Let him in!

        [Petes and Lum-clone come out into the compound courtyard to greet Sam]
        MMBP: Nihao!
        Sam: Ohiyo Petes! Great to be here.
        Lum-clone: Here. 
        [hands Sam a package containing a SCG knife, key card, ID badge
saying         "SCG Tech Officer" and purple robes]
        MMBP: The robes are for ceremonial purposes, this key card is for 
        room 13 level 2, that's your lodgings. Lin-lin and Ran-ran'll get your
        stuff in. Glad to have you aboard!
        Sam: Were's everyone else?
        MMBP: Working at the moment but you'll get to meet them later. Welcome
        to the SCG!
