>Nope..the worst Atari game ever had to be ET. You couldn't even get past
>the >first or second screens without dying. Argh! ^_^

Wasn't that the game that killed the American video games industry and of
which more copies were made than there were people on the planet and the
billions of excess had to be buried in the desert?

John continued to misinterpret me:
>>To all those out there that have been Smote (sic) by Aoi, I've just
>>realised something that I'd like to point out.
>
>I keep telling you, it's 'smitten'. "I smote him with my tetsubo. He was
>smitten by my tetsubo."

No, no, no! I know *exactly* what you're trying to get across, I have a
reasonably good grasp of the intricacies of the English language. One has
to realise that English, like all languages (except the ever stale modern
teaching of latin) are based on context, and in the modern day, if you are
"smitten" by someone, the context implies romantic feelings for Goddess'
sake. Therefore, Aoi "smites" people, Aoi "smote" that guy, he was "smote"
by Aoi. "Smitten" has the wrong connotations, and since all language is
purely context based, that's the way it goes down. I *know* you were just
pointing out grammatical inaccuracies, but I stand by my use of the word,
due to its context.

Owain challenged:
>Anyway, to celebrate, I'm putting some good quotes in my sig (extra-long)
>and first person who gets any of them gets a piping hot bowl of ramen in
>their email.
>
>Owain Lawson - Ryogas Umbrella - is happy
>"To boost Britain's economy I would tax all foreigners living abroad."
>"I would tax the nude, in my bed. No, not tax, what is the
>word...Welcome!"
>"I love this country, I really do, but there's nowhere to park, is there?"
>"Now, you gotta hit the jump straight, real straight, you dig?" "Jump?"
>"Everyone's a little queer, can't she be a little straight?"

I'm *certain* at least some are Python, though I haven't seen any for a
long time. The second at least, and probably the first too. Python, I'm
sure. BTW, this is driving me nuts, so if you don't tell me where they're
from I'll make you watch Neighbours and Home and Away reruns until your
brain explodes in a display of good taste! ^_^
